1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NairaBet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and NairaBet Nigeria Limited ("NairaBet," "we," "us," or "our").

NairaBet is licensed by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) of Nigeria to operate sports betting and gaming services within the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

3 Account Registration

Creating an Account

To place bets or access certain features, you must create a NairaBet account. When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Create only one account per person
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Verification (KYC)

We are required by law to verify the identity of our customers. You may be asked to provide:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, International Passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

9 Limitation of Liability

Betting Losses

10 Account Termination

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure:

• All pending bets must be settled
• Remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method
• Outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
